Works well/as advertised/claimed. However, if you use Steam's cleanup feature. Be sure to wipe after the cycle is complete. Yes, it's hot in there, but if you let the innards dry out, you're just wasting your time; and the steam has to be recirculated again. Also, don't expect a steam cleaning cycle to be 100% effective on heavy and/or spills, splatters and stickiness - use aluminum foil to cover the drip tray - you won't regret it! However, Steam Clean works great on the sides and top/bottom. ALWAYS expect to clean the grate from time to time as well. In use I've found that I personally LOVE the fact that the oven turns off at the end of a set time cycle instead of staying on; although several reviewers have complained about it. I have an older non-steam Cuisinart convection oven that I have used reliably for 15 years. and what else I use on top of this newer steam-equipped version. If this turns out to be just as reliable, I would be very happy - the icing on the cake, so to speak. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
