While still under warranty, Cuisinart went to great lengths to not honor a refund or make processing a warranty claim so difficult that most owners would give up. They let me box up the device and ship it back to the factory, but only after a lengthy verification process. Works well/as advertised/claimed. However, if you use Steam's cleanup feature. Be sure to wipe after the cycle is complete. Yes, it's hot in there, but if you let the innards dry out, you're just wasting your time; and the steam has to be recirculated again.
