This product worked great until it failed. While still under warranty, Cuisinart went to great lengths to not honor a refund or make processing a warranty claim so difficult that most owners would give up. They let me box up the device and ship it back to the factory, but only after a lengthy verification process. Then, 5 weeks later, an e-mail comes with various conditions and instructions that make the exchange more difficult again and again. They want you to pick a US mail product, send a letter, and get credit for another product. Again I am told that I have to pay for the delivery of new products.
