I liked that it was easy to use. Instruction says try on a piece of scrap metal. did it and it worked great. Throttle valve control from over 20 years of experience with a drill. seemed like a great tool, went to put the first 8-32 in the toolbox I need to rebuild Damn thing broke the first time! The metal making up the mandrels needs to be weaker or more brittle than the 8-32 metal screws you get from your hardware store! Because my cordless drill is set to the lowest torque setting. won't break the 8-32 bolt, it just stays put! But it will break the metal these spikes are made of. I had to listen to all the negative reviews saying the same thing. I thought they fixed it already. I was just trying to fit 8-32 blue zinc plated carbon steel nuts into a 20g piece of sheet steel! Tal and the project is done! But no. They're junk in one piece. The tool broke on the first one in the project!. I think I'll just have to use a bolt and some nuts, washers. And wrenches to do the damn work!
