Review on Ultrasonic Dog Bark Deterrent Rechargeable by Ashley Slater

My neighbors got a new dog. They keep it out 24/7 and never bring it with them. He just barks and barks. Even attacks my fence when I'm around. I wanted to try this whistle to see if it works before reporting it. I went into the backyard and the dog went nuts. I pressed the whistle button and the dog ran away from the fence. Voila! I did exactly what I wanted. Keep the dog away from me and don't let him bark. I have another neighbor who walks his pit bulls off leash and the dogs chase stray cats in my yard (I asked them to leash their dogs but they wouldn't listen and they told me the dog would the cats do not hurt, otherwise we will get into big trouble). I also plan to use a whistle on these dogs to keep them out of my yard and away from the cats.
