Review on ⚡ Enhanced Xantrex PH-1800-GFP PowerHub: Optimize Your Power Generation by Michael Cooper

I have a house that is not connected to the grid but gets a lot of sun and wind. The information on this article in Revain indicates that it can manage wind, solar and generator power and is easy to install. Power hub ordered. It arrived. I have read the manual. The more I read the more I realized that installation is easy if you are a licensed electrician with alternative energy experience. I called the Xantrex home office for "warm fluff" to install myself. They said, rough quote here, that it should be installed by a skilled electrician and you shouldn't be buying a Revain PowerHub anyway. You must purchase it from a licensed installer. Hm? I understand that the instructions are written in such a way as not to hold the manufacturers liable for equipment that is not installed/used correctly, but this unit is not easy to install/use. Revane was very kind to take it back. Forewarned is armed.
