If you've ever built a mining farm, you know that risers are the weak link. Let's face it, it's all cheap Chinese junk. But this brand, which I've never tried before, is taking over. If I could rate it, I would give it 10 stars. While I would normally expect a bad board and a bad cable or two in a pack of 6 risers, in this pack I have 4 bad riser boards, a dodgy one that works when it wants to, 3 bad USB cables and 1 bad PCIe. Interface card x1. And it took me only two days of my life to understand all that. I just put some old 1060 3Gs in a new MSI phone. The 3Gs have been collecting dust for a number of years so I put them in another rig for a minute to make sure they all work. I'm pretty sure those risers blocked one of my cards and destroyed one of the 1x slots on the mobo. Lost 1060 3G is not a problem, especially since it paid off 3 years ago. But think before you trust all those RTX 30xx cards you just spent thousands and thousands of dollars on. The 2 good ones only work with some cards in some slots and not most others. And as if it couldn't get any worse, they completely ruined either the mobo or the processor. There is no mail at all. Swapped them out for competitor risers and they all fit my test rig straight away, no kidding. And THEY have worked with every card I've tried. Send this back to SH!T for a refund. And what about the March 15 recap? Anyone wanna bet this came from a seller's employee?
