Great Customer Service & Excellent Platform

The best thing about this system for us was the customer service we received when setting up our account! They were very patient and helpful in walking through all aspects to ensure everything would be set-up correctly before allowing access from outside companies like ours.

Nothing really at this time but I do believe they are making great strides towards improving their platform so it can compete with other systems out there. We have used multiple platforms throughout my career as well as implemented others internally within our organization for years now. This has been by far one of the easier ones to implement/use especially considering how simple the process actually is once you get into using it day after day.

Pros
  • Easy, self explanatory interface
  • Ease (at least most times) getting approved quickly due primarily because its built around an internal database that already exists.
  • Very flexible pricing structure allows clients more ways than just straight per seat licensing fees or annual maintenance plans which helps keep costs down while also keeping revenue flowing if not everyone gets onto your subscription plan right away.
  • Overall quick turnaround compared some previous software options available here locally too
