Doesn't work properly so many problems s

I would like to know how to return it. This phone does all these crazy things including resetting all my calls, text is messed up, calling someone other than you, trying to call, doesn't ring half the time, no SMS notifications and I've tried everything to try and receive notifications. It's a great phone, it just doesn't work properly. I'm so mad as it was a birthday present. Please tell me how can I return this phone? Thanks lisakingdav242@gmail.com
