When I placed my order, the first time I came with a particle sensor that didn't work, and as a result, it always indicated that there was ideal air around (the readings were always equal to 0.01) when there actually wasn't. When I reordered it (after sending back the original copy), it arrived with a sensor that was operational, but the fan was faulty; when it was turned on, there was a discernible bounce, along with the transmission of significant vibrations to the device case.
