In terms of usability, this stand is very good. I hooked up an Acer Aspire E5-575G series laptop with no problems, yes it closes some space in the CPU/GPU area to allow air to flow through, but it doesn't matter. This stand is convenient to use. Pleases. The magnets are strong enough to keep the stand in place. I bought it in "Used - Like New" condition so I'm not worried about the packaging. Most importantly, the stand serves its purpose for me.
