Most importantly, I found the color temperature of the light to be very comfortable. The color in light mode is warm white. In flame mode, the color temperature is like a sunset, which I think is great. It creates a warm atmosphere in your room. The brightness may not be as bright as an AC powered lamp, but it's definitely good enough for a USB powered night light. Simple and stylish look suits any home. The lamp base and lampshade are made of wood and glass, not cheap plastic. I think using frosted glass as the lampshade material is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it if you want something nice and beautiful. It's so beautiful to look at whether it's on or off.
