This product soothes the scalp. It will definitely improve your shower experience! Some of the reviews mentioned breakage but I'm pretty rude and didn't see any. Rubber spikes do not irritate the scalp. I recommend using it side to side and not in circles as if you already go to the shower with balls you could get more. I used it in circles for the first time, it didn't tangle but was much more relaxing and effective on sideways movements. I have the feeling that the shampoo spreads much better than with the fingers. It also helps me slow down and just enjoy it. It is gentle on the scalp, yet firm enough to give you a good sense of cleanliness. I recommend it to everyone, boys and girls. Have given others to my family and they have enjoyed it. Each of them came in their own little plastic bag and then all together in another. It feels great and will make a great addition to your hair care routine! If you suffer from flaky or dry scalp, this is for you! Would recommend 10/10 for feeling clean and in the spa!
