Napkins crumble and fall off. The smell is too strong.
It exfoliates pretty well but I think a harder scrub would be better because you rub really hard and need to keep rubbing your face. What I don't like at all is that the tissue begins to crumble so when you use the soft side it leaves flakes of white tissue all over your face (and they look and stick like wet toilet paper). Then trying to apply lotion afterwards is ridiculous. And I personally don't like the smell, it stays for a long time, even after applying lotion.
