Review on 💦 Experience Tranquil Waterfall Flow with KES Centerset Waterfall Certified L4101LF BK by Joseph Hall

I love their looks and that's the only reason I'm giving them a 1 too high and as others have said no instructions are included so I already knew this was happening , and watched many YouTube videos on installation. I haven't used it against them, although I think they could at least put the instructions online. Problem 1: The handles and spout of faucet 1 were crooked and I didn't really notice until I installed it. The cold water handle has a slot at the bottom that cannot be closed. Problem 2: Next day opened faucet 2 and found the knobs were crooked as well so made adjustments but the hot water knob wasn't holding. Then I noticed a defect on the hot water handle that could not be solved. Problem 3: After repeatedly trying to tighten the hot water handle, I decided to compare the 2 faucet handles to the 1 faucet handle to see how they look compared to how they should rest on the base. I noticed that the two roosters are not identical. Problem 4: Faucets are not identical. I ordered identical faucets. Problem 5: I requested a refund and now I have to uninstall faucet 1 and reinstall my old faucet to get a refund. Problem 6: I'm a beginner as above and I'm fed up. It took me a very long time to install it. Problem 7: I'm considering buying something from Home Depot or Lowes.
