Review on ⛓️ Dainty 2mm Gold Plated Solid Brass Cable Chain Link Bulk for Jewelry Making - 33 Feet by Carla Anderson

At first I was very enthusiastic about this chain because it looks very high quality, I liked that it was soldered and I liked the look of the filigree chain and I bought it anyway is gold plated. (Because the description says the base metal is brass I figured that even after the gold plating has worn off it will still be a nice golden yellow brass that can be polished if needed). HOWEVER - I have made several necklaces as gifts and am so disappointed with the quality of this necklace. It darkened very quickly and turned out to be a cheap copper base, so my (presumed) gold/brass jewelry now has a cheap COPPER chain. Unfortunately I will not buy it again and I would not buy it if the description were correct and it was gold plated COPPER and not brass. In addition, the clasps and adapter rings also wear out and now look almost silver. So it looks like a huge mess. Not at all what I intended.
