The straps are a little bothersome. But the helmet is very light so don't put it on on a windy day. It will blow away. Good air circulation through all ventilation openings. A small flaw. This is specifically a foam helmet, it just has a plastic coating. Which is strong but not the best. This will do the job of protecting you. Provided your cycling doesn't require a transition to a walk. The backlight is small but bright. Button battery required. They send you an extra battery with the helmet. Also a tote bag. The visor could be darker and browner. But I'm also sensitive to light. The colors on the helmet are also very nice.
