Hello! So you're interested in Bcaa, you either don't know where to start or you're a pro. Unfortunately I'm the last one, I still don't know a ton of things. That's what I know, so here we go! I started this brand and Bcaa in August 2019, just in smaller bottles. I had some sort of chronic health issue that was causing degenerative changes in my muscles and bones before taking them and found that as a vegetarian I have to work very hard to supplement what I need. I decided to dive into the world of Bcaa, I was overwhelmed with options but ended up here to add something simple to my routine. I started with 1 capsule a day in the morning and eventually went up to 3 capsules a day. After the first 2-3 weeks I already noticed a difference, I started to build back those little muscles I have. My muscle use became less aggressive and after 4 months ((I've been doing this for a year at the time of this review)) I was slowly able to go back to yoga and do some kindergarten stretches. It also helped my stomach a lot with protein absorption, which is very important for a responsible vegetarian! So a year has passed, my whole life has changed with the help of these little capsules. Because of my ability to be more mobile and focus more on the food I put into my body, on top of the 100+ pounds I've already lost through daily diet changes, I've lost an additional 50+ pounds before doing this added. to my routine. Now they help me maintain muscle health and tighten excess skin around muscles as much as possible. If you are new to Bcaa and don't know what you are doing.
