Review on Inboarding by Instructor Niederhaus

I like how they have integrated into our org with great ease and minimal effort - both in terms of time/resources required as well as technology. Their support is also top notch! They were very open about what their expectations are when it comes to providing services vs being reactive. Nothing too major but sometimes there's a slight lag between them responding to issues & feedback from our teams. Would love if you could sort by most recent activity (like slack). This would help keep things organized. In addition, having more than one account can be helpful. There's nothing specifically that has been improved since moving over. The main benefit was just better visibility across all channels - Slack, Teams, etc.- so we're able to maintain greater continuity during meetings or events.
