Review on 15x12 Inch American Metalcraft Ceramic Pizza Stone, 3/8 Inch Height by Antonio Parson

Perfect for my oven! Arrived in perfect condition (delivered to Singapore). He was warned that a stone (especially one that big) would be quite brittle. I washed it off with water (I don't use soap because the stone is porous and the soap will be absorbed and it will be impossible to wash it off) and warmed it up in the oven (I put it in a cold oven and turn it on and let the stone warm up) with the oven). Went to the max (240 C or about 400 F). No problem. This was just a test run (to see if the stone would crack) and also to dry the stone after rinsing.
