These guys are doing a great deal. They ship fast, respond quickly to inquiries, and offer endless support. When we installed the 972X in our PageWide Pro 477 DW, the updated firmware rejected the 972X Black cartridge. The package includes installation troubleshooting tips and contact information to ensure they can provide support if things don't go as planned. Luckily they turned out to be testing updated cartridge chips. ! We agreed to try the updated cartridges and Kingjet delivered them to us by the end of the same week. Unfortunately, it turned out that the updated chips still do not support our latest firmware version. We contacted HP to inquire about a firmware update, but they weren't helpful or supportive - that's their cash cow in the consumer and small business space. In the end, Kingjet refunded the purchase without the slightest fuss – it's a commendable business practice and it's important to differentiate it from consumer expectations. HP has gone to great lengths to ensure continued revenue from the printer, while a third party makes every effort to please customers who don't want to be fooled, while still providing not only support but service.
