Review on DCDial by Cho Screeton

It was really difficult to figure out if I could give this product a good review. On one hand it is really easy to use and does what it says it does. But it is really bad at telling you how much space you have left on your disk drive. And it seems to have issues with certain types of files. My main issue was trying to get my server back online after doing an upgrade. It took over two hours just because of errors during the restart process. After getting everything fixed it works great. However, when something goes wrong it would take several days before anyone responded or even acknowledged there were any problems. Also they do not provide customer support unless you pay them first. They seem more interested in selling than actually helping you fix whatever problem you may have had.
