When it comes to kitchen and household goods, ENOKING is hard to beat. Their customer support, on the other hand, could use some work. I remember being on hold for what seemed like forever when I called a company with a query about a product. And the shipping...don't even get me started. Two weeks after the estimated delivery date, my package finally arrived, but my attempts to reach customer service only resulted in further aggravation. It's as if they don't value their clientele at all! That being said, the quality of their offerings is unmatched. Every single item I've bought from ENOKING has been perfect. You may want to seek elsewhere if you place a high value on excellent customer service. Or you can cross your fingers and pray that your order goes through without a hitch.
