I ordered this ribbon based on the good reviews. I needed a good strong bond. The tape I received was in different packaging and was NOT good. The only thing he seems to be hanging on to is himself. If, heaven forbid, the free end touches the reel, it is almost impossible to disengage. If you try to pick an ending, it will split and break, taking 5 minutes to disassemble and then you'll lose another 6 inches of tape in the fight. However, when applied to cardboard, the tape doesn't want to stick at all. I tried rubbing each piece, reinforcing with extra strips, and praying. I have a whole house full of things to pack and this duct tape makes the process a lot more tedious, time consuming and frustrating than it needs to be. Each box needs to be reinforced with 2-3 more strips of tape to keep the boxes from closing. And excitement! Will the tape sag while driving? Can the boxes move without falling apart?
