This chair was great at first. In June I surprised my son with this graduation present. He liked it very much. The speakers worked for several weeks, then the sound disappeared and Bluetooth stopped working. He said everything was fine so I didn't go through the whole return process. In less than 3 months the chair started falling apart completely. He just turned 6 months old and his arms are broken, he can't sit anymore because he is in a constant lying position making it very difficult to watch his tv in this position and falling every time he sits more things down, so there are sawdust from the frame around the chair. My son is not a big baby, he is the perfect size for this chair and he was so gentle with him because he loved him so much. So quality is clearly an issue. Now I have to spend a lot of money to buy him a better one, which is very difficult for a single mother with a disability. I don't have the money to just throw it around which is why I did so much research before buying this one and it had great reviews. Very deceptive and disappointing! Hope this can help someone else.
