Screen still not working

Update January 19, 2021 I was sent a new motherboard that I needed to install to fix my stereo. Had to go through the whole process and reinstall just to keep my problem from going away. Please send me a new device so I can enjoy my radio again. The screen is still black and I can't hear anything. Always loads instantly etc. Fairly fast and responsive but the radio screen doesn't turn on from time to time. I'm waiting for a response from the manufacturer
