I weigh 165 pounds and 5 feet 3 inches in an AA cup. The big one fits just right. The fabric is comfortable. Sleek and thinner than other tri suits I've worn. UPDATE POST SWIM: I only use this for swimming in a chlorinated pool (can't show my back or hips at a gym in Saudi Arabia) so I'll report back in a year on how it goes. Now that I've been in the water I think maybe I chose a medium as the compression is low. However, I'm only a fitness swimmer, so a little resistance (minimal, especially in the glutes) isn't the end of the world and is actually worth the comfort. I can't stress enough how comfortable this fabric is, especially the silicone leg straps. With other leotards, the leg straps cut into my thighs and the cane is strong enough to pinch me. Not so with this suit. The legs stay in place but I don't feel like the straps work. In addition, the suit is very light and dries quickly, which should be a boon for real triathletes. Don't be put off by the warnings in the size chart if you don't fit exactly in terms of weight or size. I would say just go by weight. I did and I was fine.
