It felt like forever waiting for it to arrive in the mail. It was worth it! Really fits me out of the box. No customization required. But easy to detach and secure with extra tape. This lock feels secure! It is easy to wear around the waist and the weight is evenly distributed. I took it out the next day, I received it and it didn't affect my ride in any way. I find the short length perfect for me. I only lock one bike and there doesn't seem to be anything for thieves to attempt to use their tools. Practice locking/unlocking the shutter. You can remove the key without closing it completely. So make sure you pull the grip loop a few times before you leave, and hold the key while locking, then turn it to make sure it's fully locked. I've seen some complaints about the weight and it really doesn't matter. Great that it comes with three copies of the keys. Tip: Go to the manufacturer's website and register your keys right away. You should do this while you have them, as this is the only way to duplicate keys. You must have a digital code log on the keys.
