Extremely sharp - keep out of the reach of small children
Haven't really used them yet, but they're certainly strong enough to hold anything I can cook with them, and the ends are very sharp, making it easy to get food out - maybe too spicy - can easily get hurt if you're not careful.

- EASY CLEANING: Unlike wooden and bamboo skewers, the surface of shish kebab skewers can be easily cleaned and stored for next season. Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning processes and then wipe away water and keep metal skewers dry.
