This ceramic coffee filter from Singkasa gives you a comfortable feeling. It looks great and the weight makes it richer than those old plastic drippers. Now for practicality. First, the diameter of the dripper is such that it needs to be made for a specific carafe as it will not fit most cups. While the weight feels comfortable, it also makes it unstable if you don't have a solid heavy vessel. There is only a coffee hole in the middle. It takes forever to cook but takes a few minutes to drain. There really should be a bigger hole or holes. I had to raise the filter to get coffee at any reasonable time. You have to keep filling and filling and filling. Bottom line, this Singkasa ceramic coffee looks great but isn't practical.
