A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

In the hp 17-by2022ur laptop, in addition to the initially installed 4GB RAM bar, there is also a free slot for upgrading the RAM. You can install-install DDR4 RAM, with a frequency of at least 2400, power supply of 1.2 volts. I recommend installing 8 GB. I recommend to put his native HDD on a "sled" instead of DVD, and put SSD instead of HDD as a system one. The laptop also has a slot for an M.2 SSD with the NVME protocol. After such an alteration, the laptop turns into space. I won’t say about games (I’m not fond of), but for work, after the upgrade, it’s perfect

Format 17 inches, not heavy, good processor, good cooling system, suitable for deep upgrade

Before that there were Samsung, Asus and Dell. Each has its downsides. HP, in comparison with others, is still happy.
