Very disappointed with the price

We have bought two replacement collars in the last few months. On the first, the stylus broke off after a few months, and on the second, the battery cover broke off after a few weeks. Our dog doesn't mind and in fact they only wear them for a very short time as we live in northern Minnesota and it was very cold there. I just went to the potty and we'll take it off when it comes back. Very disappointed with the cost. The day after writing this review we called the company and they sent us a new replacement collar. So I wasn't very happy with the collar, but the company seems to stand behind their product!
