I've gone through about 9 tubes of this and the first three were great (So many because I give one to daycare, a tube in our room, a tube in the nursery). It was effective and smells wonderful. Please note that if your baby is very sensitive, all of Babo Botanicals products are loaded with fragrances and essential oils that could potentially irritate their skin. Natural means nothing and organic does not mean best skincare. Anyway, after the first three tubes all the rest were grainy. I emailed the company and they were quick to respond that a particular batch was made during a NY heatwave and resulted in the separation of some of the ingredients, which could be remedied by warming it in your hands. That didn't work, and customer service told me she would let me know when a new batch is made. I waited a month and a half, never heard back, emailed a week ago, and still haven't heard back. If they fix their manufacturing I would order more in a heartbeat, but I don't trust it until I hear back from the company.
