Review on balnore by Mitch Warner

I made a recent buy from Balnore with the hope of encouraging my kid's imagination and active play. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but negative interactions with the business. To begin with, the merchandise was of low grade. The playthings were poorly constructed, so they broke after only a couple of outings. Old and broken, the sports and outdoor exercise equipment had seen better days. It turned out to be a loss of money, and I was disappointed. Worse yet, I received unhelpful and insensitive responses from customer support when I tried to voice my dissatisfaction. They were more concerned with getting me off the phone than offering any kind of assistance or option. In general, Balnore is not a place I would suggest to anyone. Their goods are of low quality, and their customer service is useless. Don't waste your cash; there are more worthwhile alternatives out there.
