The best thing about our software is that it helps us in managing all hotel reservations at one place which allows us to manage them easily. Our support team are also very helpful whenever we need any assistance or guidance from their end regarding anything related with HRMS. We feel happy when ever there's an improvement being done because of its easy management feature makes things so much better compared to other similar softwares available today. So far nothing bad has been said but if you're looking forward to have some complaints then please go ahead as they might be addressed during future upgrades/updates etc by the developers themselves. I guess you could say i'm quite satisfied about everything provided till now. It solves my problem where i can check availability details, reserve rooms through web link without having to visit each individual property myself.
