Some clarifications about this device for those who may have questions

I want to make some clarifications about this device that many people might have and block some "warnings" about it, so let's go ! (I will write as short and detailed as possible) PROS: 1. This unit is massive. As stated in the description, it's a 9 inch screen and looks amazing in my car.2. It's a capacitive touchscreen, so you can feel it and touch it just like a smartphone. It's not a pressure touch. This means the screen is nice to the touch, although I don't think it's glass. The IPS display makes colors vivid and looks amazing.3. There's Android Auto and Apple Carplay. I don't have iPhone but for those Android users. No, you cannot use Android Auto wirelessly. Hotwire over USB only.4. Plug and play, I will show my car. 2011 Toyota Camry XLE with JBL audio system (heated seats, Bluetooth, Sirius XM, etc. pretty well equipped). I'll clear it up right here! IF YOUR VEHICLE HAS A STANDARD JBL SYSTEM, YOU NEED A WIRE HARNESS. DASAITA MESSAGE ABOUT DISHES.4. (continued) I ordered a block through Revain Prime (literally arrived in 2 days), mind you Revain completed it. Dasaita was NOT able to customize the order (meaning the pendant is included in the kit). This prompted me to communicate with them via Revain Messages. They told me how to order a tourniquet. About a week later my trailer arrived. super easy5. The rear camera works great.6. It's an Android operating system, you can download almost any app on the device (obviously no Netflix?). I installed Nova Launcher. Gives it a cleaner look and I can customize it to my liking.7. The wheel still works. Just remember to adjust it in settings. CONS: 1. AUDIO. Man I'm a bum. I can't seem to "match" the audio to the background. I usually dim it because I like using the rear speakers and can also hear traffic without sound from the front speakers. (also able to speak to and hear passengers)2. Some kind of scam? Happened during installation. The original "mounts" that come with the car radio do not fit the device. So I just plugged in the block and well, it works. I just wish there were mounts for extra stability. Note. Could there be a problem with the 2011 model? Also, mounts are not included with the device. Despite the lack of brackets, the device does not wobble. It's tight. With that being said, I'll slam the device for sound. But hey, it's better than no sound. If you can overcome that, then it's a great block. This eliminates the extra step of getting a double/single DIN cover and mounting the device. A cover is already included. I have previously installed 2 units, JVC and Pioneer and I have to say it was the easiest because of the lid and plug and play. No splices unless you do a rear view camera. I would still recommend this machine.
