The package arrived very well and with all the necessary accessories. I'm afraid to use this flat iron because I try without heat and see how my hair feels and I want to feel the flat iron. I have very thin hair so now I am very careful with tools and hair products. I try to use good hair care products and tools to keep them healthy. What was my first exhale with this straightener and I don't even turn it on like pulling and I know it's going to damage my hair. The problem is how they did it. There's a rubber band next to the plate, and the rubber band pulls on my hair. I saw another review had the same experience with me. I will return it because for this money I will find the best quality not to be afraid of using it. Sorry for the bad rating, I'll try to please. I love the packaging and all the accessories, even the amazing case.
