the camera works fine, but when there is light in front of you, your face becomes dark and the background becomes lighter. Edit: I had a very small but persistent problem after a while. Every time I turn on the computer, I have to unplug the camera's USB port and respond to it. My computer doesn't recognize the USB device until you unplug it and plug it back in. I'm deducting a star from my review because of this issue because I don't have a solid product. Yes, the device works fine after plugging it back in, but I'd like it to at least work every time I turn on the computer instead of taking an extra step.
