Ideal for wall mounting

I bought this stand to use as a multipurpose floor stand. This is supposed to store 360Β° and PS3 games as well as Blu-ray movies. The stand fits PS3 and 360 games very well. These cases are the same depth and look very nice on the stand. PS3 games don't fill the full width of the rack, but they don't slide left or right and stay in place very well, making for a nice full feel. However, Blu-ray movies don't fit well in this rack at all. There are noticeable gaps between each film, and at the lightest press of the meter, they fall out. I would not recommend this rack to anyone looking to store Blu-ray movies. Floor mounting for this rack is very simple. I read other reviews saying it was wobbly and thought that meant insufficient surface coverage. However, this stand is wobbly because there is no secure attachment to the underbody. There are only 4 small "protrusions" that fit into 4 holes on the base. Because of this, the stand will move in and out of these holes with every touch, and if tilted forward, the stand will simply tip over. If you plan on leaving it permanently on the ground I would suggest gluing the post to the base. . This would mostly solve the stability problems. TL; DR: This is the perfect shelf for storing regular DVD movies, 360 games or PS3 games. I definitely recommend it. I would NOT recommend it for Blu-ray storage. because there is no reliable attachment to the base of the floor. There are only 4 small "protrusions" that fall into 4 holes on the base.
