It's easy to get started but can be slow if using many automation/integration tools

Easy set-up with out of the box features for CRM integration. We use it as our customer contact tool which is great because we don't require many additional modules that would make us feel like we're using too much software. Some companies may not want this feature but I personally think its important in terms of having one platform to manage all your contacts/customers/etc from within Salesforce. It can be slow at times depending on how large an organization's database is. If you only plan to do simple tasks such as send emails then there won't be any problems. However if you rely heavily on automation (such as when creating sales pipelines) than it could cause issues. This isn't really an issue though; just know what features you'll be needing before purchasing so you can pick something else instead! Using the product gives me easy access to my entire data base.
