Review on 📷 Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 IF EX DG HSM AF Zoom Lens - Optimized for Sony DSLR Cameras by Jerome Turner

After reading other reviews on this lens I have come to the conclusion that getting a 'good copy' is important. I have no idea what percentage of these lenses are poor quality, but I must have been lucky. I've been shooting with it for a few days and so far the images are great and reasonably sharp. I couldn't get enough and 24-70 is now my go-to lens for the Nikon D7000. This is a well made large diameter lens. On the D7K, it's almost out of proportion. I'll leave the technical discussion to others, but I really wanted to address the quality issues that others have written about. There's no guarantee you'll avoid a bad copy, but mine is excellent.
