Excellent non-functional carpet with tag

In theory this is a five star product. Giving it one star because it really smells. Okay, it's a synthetic material and it should fade over time. What really amazes me are the four holes that were punched in the mat when the manufacturer applied the label. What is the use of a waterproof mat with holes? Other reviews have discussed this silly design. Since this rug was the only one that fit my size, I sealed the holes with caulk. It's annoying that such a great product can be rendered inoperable with a label.
