Perfect for my work boots and boots. I love it. I left it overnight and the gum smell was gone. I don't understand what the problem is, it's the label holes. This hole closed up as soon as I took out the tiny piece of plastic. If not, use a drop of silicone.

the quality seems good. The design is simple. The grooves aren't really needed (I doubt the wind can move the shoes). The water stays in the mat and can easily run off. The plastic is surprisingly thick and after a year of use and cleaning I haven't had any issues.
