This stripper is a simple and handy tool that makes picking leafy herbs much easier. Holes are punched in the metal, creating a sharper, blade-like edge that allows the edge to slide easily off the sheets. The "blades" aren't sharp enough to look like a knife, and my toddlers easily ripped off some thyme and oregano in their willingness to help. quite large - it would be nice to make a hole between the larger sprigs of rosemary. Some of my thicker branches are too big for the largest of the small holes and too small for the smallest of the large holes.
