It doesn't shift well at all.
I had one like this from another company and it shifted very well and was charming! Unfortunately it was not of the highest quality and broke. I took this one because he said it was stronger. However, this one is stiff and does a terrible job of shifting. It barely shifts from gear to gear and feels like it's about to break. I don't recommend at all. I am extremely disappointed.
