Review on Fireplace Blocker 36 Inch 48 Inch Blanket by Lorenzo Moulton

I should have bought one of these 29 years ago when I moved into this house. Spirit. A 48 inch hole in my living room that goes straight up the chimney on a cold winter. This cover worked straight away. This is a heavier fabric than I thought. It's not the knock I just did. I don't understand how a foldable soft cloth can be made into a heavy lid. I don't know if it's Nomex fireproofing and I won't install it until the fire has been out for more than 8 hours. Magnets are sewn into the fabric. edges and they are large, 2 x 3 inches each. They fit perfectly on my iron lintel at the top of my opening. I snap them onto the lintel and it holds the bollard in place. It is NOT an airtight seal but it should be 90% better There are magnets on each side of the blocker but I don't have steel on the sides of my chimney so they don't seal.
