High quality elastic for making masks

I have a friend who volunteers - making masks for teachers and others who need PPE for their work. She had complained that it was hard to find quality elastic for mask-making. She really liked this roll. There was lot on the roll, and it has just the right amount of "stretch" to be very effective. It is a really good quality for that use.
