Review on 🌙 Vaunn Medical Memory Foam Knee Pillow: Sciatica & Back Pain Relief, Pregnancy, Hip & Joint Support by Bishop Richter

Obviously this is for side sleepers and as it's the only way to fall asleep I was hoping it would help more with knee pain in the morning. I have back pain (I had L4 and L5 surgery many years ago) but my old bones hurt because my knees touched most of the night so walking the next day was often painful. At night, if I stretched out one leg more, I would have more pimples on my back, so in the morning my back or knee would hurt. It keeps the knees apart and helps keep the spine more aligned but it didn't really help with knee pain but that might just be me as the top knee always hurts. It takes a little getting used to, but it's not that difficult... even if it's upside down. It makes me sweat and it's not even warm weather so I had to put a pillow case over it and it's just more fabric to pin in place so mine needs trimming and some buttons or a zipper to put on. For around $16 it was worth a try and it's the only way to know if it's helping or not. It's only been a few weeks for me so I'm giving a little more but there is no improvement at first and I definitely know there is because I feel a slight throbbing in my knees until I fall asleep and it was an unexpected feeling. I can't sleep on my back because I snore and now when I try to lie on my stomach this thing gets in my way. It fits well between my knees, but I'm about 6ft 3in and 210lbs, so it's too thin for me because it compresses a bit with use. I wouldn't say it's any better than a properly sized pillow, but it's more comfortable, takes up a lot less space, and makes it a lot easier to turn over. All I can say is that opinions will differ as pain varies so much between packs that there can be nothing but a panacea pillow.
