I believe their help desks are great - always willing to answer questions or make recommendations via email. This makes getting any problems resolved fast and easy. We've used multiple different accounting software providers before at our previous jobs (including another Sage product), which were mostly terrible experiences. But when switching from Xero payroll system to this new version, they walked through everything step-by-step until we understood how things worked internally. I like the ability to keep track of all of my clients and projects in one place and the ability to view all of my clients in one place. I wish that there was a way to see all of my clients in one place. I also wish that there was a way to send out emails to all of my clients at one time.
