Fantastic support staff with excellent products

They have helped us in so many ways that it would be impossible for me to list them all here, but we are very satisfied customers! I believe their help desks are great - always willing to answer questions or make recommendations via email. This makes getting any problems resolved fast and easy. We've used multiple different accounting software providers before at our previous jobs (including another Sage product), which were mostly terrible experiences.
